When does the Season Start?

The league will contact the team usually a couple weeks before the season begins for day of team meet and greet. 

Winter season - Early January
Spring season -Late March
Summer Season - Middle of June
Fall Season - Early September 

How big is a NFL Flag team?

We play 5 on 5 with team sizes between 8 & 10 players. Some teams may have more players if a coach requests other friends to be added.

How big is the field?

A typical NFL Flag Field is 25 x 70 yards including 10 yards for each end zone.  
We may adjust a field based on facility size to 56 yards long with 8 yard end zones.

We do our best to create a good size field to play on but may reduce width and end zone dimensions if space is limited.

Where do you practice?

Our program is structured to have practices and games on the same day.
Coaches may schedule practices during the week, but this is optional.

How many teams are in each division?

Number of teams is based on number of registrants.  As we are a new league in the Milwaukee area, we cannot determine number of teams until we get closer to the actual start date of the season.

How many games?

We will play 6 regular season games.
If we have odd number of teams in division a team may have a bye week.

Are there playoffs?

The end of the season has one week for tournament games where everyone plays.
Teams may play multiple games depending on how they advance through the bracket.
Winning team only gets awards a first place ring.

Is there a late registration?

If we have teams with less than 10 players, or a coach decides to take additional players to fill their team, we have to expedite equipment for those new players. In order to accomplish this we need to charge a late fee of $25 to expedite the order.
