WHAT TO EXPECT NEXT
FALL 2025
The Fall 2025 Season is ALMOST here! We are excited to have you join us and appreciate your support.
Over the course of this season, we will be sending you emails containing important information. Due to this being a mass email system, please add us to your safe-senders list and frequently check your filters to confirm messages aren't directed to your junk mail, spam, or clutter. Fall registration opens June 15th and closes August 31st. After the registration deadline, late registration is based on availability and is not guaranteed. Buddy requests are less likely to be met during late registration |

IMPORTANT DATES:
June 15th: Fall registration begins
August 31st: Registration closes, last day for guaranteed placement on a team. Late registration is based upon availability.
September 1st-September 5th : We will be forming teams, confirming coaches, creating schedules and more during this time.
September 5th: All rosters and schedules will be posted no later than SEPTEMBER 5TH.
September (TBD): Mandatory Virtual Coaches Meeting online, for all manager.
September 27th: Meet & Greet day and first practice! Time will be sent via email Teams will meet the coach, and participate in the first practice. Bring your mouth guard - You will receive your jersey, flags and any additional gear you ordered!
October 4th : 1st Day of games. Practice is held 30 minutes PRIOR to game time listed each week. Check your schedule under SCHEDULES / STANDINGS.
November 8th: Wildcard Saturday - The schedule for this day will be sent out after games are played on November 1st. The brackets are made based off games played from 10/4-11/1. All teams make it to the Wildcard and have a chance to get to the Superbowl!
November 15th: Superbowl Saturday! - The schedule for this day will be sent out after games are played on November 8th.
EQUIPMENT:
*Jerseys, Flag Belts, and a mouth guard must be worn each week. Your jersey and flags, plus any additional merchandise you ordered during your registration will be dispersed at the Meet and Greet on 9/27. Your player must have a mouth guard to participate. Bring your own, or conveniently purchase one for $5 from a SWYFT staff.
*Shorts or sweatpants without pockets should be worn for practice & games. If a participant wears shorts/pants with pockets, the pockets must be taped down to prohibit players' hands or fingers getting caught when pulling flags.
*Participants can wear any type of plastic molded cleats or turf shoes.
